Terms and Conditions:

 

• The blu-ray disk video or DVD and a bill will be sent to the person in charge upon approval of the application.

 

• The fee is US$400.00 for the video showing up to two times under the same host organization’s event.

 

• Please deposit the fee into our bank account at your earliest possible convenience.  The details of our bank account are as follows:

• Please return the blu-ray disk video or DVD within three (3) days after the event(s) is over at your own expense.

 

• In order to avoid overdue fee being charged, please let us know your event schedule change, if any.

 

• It will be greatly appreciated if you could provide us the number of audience for our record keeping.

 

• Reproduction, modification or clipping of the video is not allowed.

 

• The rights and obligations arising out of the rental permissions that are granted to you shall not be assigned to any third party.

 

• You shall compensate US$800.00 for the damage and/or loss to the blu-ray disk/DVD, if any.
